Beginning 3rd January, 2022 we have retried all free domain offers for .net & .org TLDs; customers will now have to pay for these domains when ordering for hosting packages at the first point of ordering.
We previously offered free domain registration/transfers for .com, .net and .org TLD extensions, this offer was available only at the first point of making an order and continues to remain free if the package is renewed before its expiry date.
If customers fail to renew their package before expiry the invoice will be split into domain and web hosting invoices, both invoices will have to be settled for the account to renew successfully.
We advise all customers to keep renewing their packages on-time to continue enjoying our free services and promotional offers.
