2. Domain Registration

• Domain Availability: The availability of a domain name cannot be guaranteed until it is successfully registered. GoLiveNaija is not responsible for any domain name registered by a third party prior to your registration.
• Domain Renewal: It is your responsibility to ensure that your domain name is renewed before its expiration date. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the expiration or non-renewal of your domain.

3. Shared Hosting

• Hosting Space: The hosting space provided is strictly for web-related files (e.g., PHP, HTML, TPL, images, PDFs). The storage of backup files, media files, or any non-web-related files is prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
• Resource Usage: You are allocated a specific amount of resources (e.g., CPU, memory, bandwidth) according to your hosting plan. Excessive use of resources that impacts other users may result in limitations or account suspension.

4. VPS Hosting

• Server Management: Unless otherwise specified, VPS hosting plans are self-managed. You are responsible for maintaining and securing your VPS, including software updates and backups.
• Resource Allocation: Your VPS plan includes a specific allocation of resources. Exceeding these resources may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

5. Multi-tenant Hosting

• Resource Sharing: Multi-tenant hosting environments share resources among multiple users. It is important to use resources responsibly to ensure the performance and stability of the server for all users.
• Prohibited Uses: Storing backups, large media files, or non-web-related files on multi-tenant hosting plans is strictly prohibited.

6. Professional Email Services

• Email Usage: Professional email services provided by GoLiveNaija are intended for business use. You agree not to use these services for spamming or other unauthorized or illegal activities.
• Email Storage: Email storage limits are defined by your service plan. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or restricted access to your email services.

7. Payment and Fees

• Billing: All Services are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Services.
• Refunds: Refunds are only provided in accordance with our refund policy, which is outlined on our website.

8. Service Uptime Guarantee

We strive to provide a high level of service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
